Co-Represented the Owner (PICA) on the Lease and Sale of the Building. Owner realized approximately a 20% greater price than the market at the time of Sale. Very tough market in 2010. We recommended the Owner lease half the building to cover operating expenses. That took pressure off of selling and opened the purchase to companies that just wanted to occupy half. The Fortune 500 company we leased it to then purchased the building and took rest of the space.
