Professional Background
Zach Zazzi joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2009 as a Multifamily Investment Specialist in its Nashville, Tennessee office.  Mr. Zazzi is a Nashville native who has been professionally advising clients in commercial real estate decisions since 2004.  In addition to working with all client types, Mr. Zazzi’s  specialty is in multifamily investment sales. He has closed transaction ranging from $200,000 to $33,000,000 by representing such companies as Avis/Budget, Scottrade, GGF Holdings, Tower Investments, and Gross Builders. Mr. Zazzi works daily towards honing his expertise in the field of multifamily investment sales as well as in providing his clients with the best possible service.

Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Zazzi worked as an affiliate broker for Trotter Incorporated as the Nashville office multifamily specialist. Prior to that, he worked as an affiliate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Nashville where he was chosen to be a member of the prestigious national organization of Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Multifamily Group, a select group of multifamily specialists across the nation. Mr. Zazzi is also a member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and serves on the Statistics Committee.

Mr. Zazzi has worked for Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital, counseling both individuals and groups of teens who were suicidal or who suffered from other types of mental illnesses.

Professional and Community Affiliations
Mr. Zazzi has served as a volunteer as a counselor at the Oasis Teen Shelter. He has also participated in Meals on Wheels.

Education
Mr. Zazzi attended the University of Memphis, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He was a member of the university’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He began his CCIM training in 2010.
